Regal Nissan COVID-19 heightened awareness and actions

SANITATION:

  • Everyone’s health & safety are our top priority
  • Precautionary measures are in place as recommended by the CDC
  • Our cleaning crew is sanitizing all touchpoints including door handles, chairs, desks, etc throughout the day and at night
  • All entry/exit doors will remain propped open during business hours
  • All common areas are being sanitized throughout the day
  • Regal Nissan staff is proactively washing hands and sanitizing work surfaces including writing utensils throughout the day
  • We’re offering friendly greetings and a smile and avoiding physical handshakes
  • The entire ventilation system in every pre-owned vehicle has been treated for bacteria, mildew, and mold. And key interior touch points have been sanitized.
  • Car Care Center is using both seat covers and steering wheel covers upon service check-in
  • We have separated and distanced the customer seating in all waiting lounges

STAFF POLICY:

  • Immediate action was taken to modify our employee sick leave/sick day policy increasing days out
  • Regal Nissan staff has been instructed to stay home if showing any symptoms of any sickness
  • We have instituted internal policy for staff to respect other’s personal space
  • “Do unto others” suggestions shared amongst staff include picking up food at local restaurants and leaving a generous tip, offer to watch a neighbors child while they are at work, donate food to charities, enjoy quality family time, disconnect from electronics and social media, play a board game, smile, etc…
